had some rest after the marathon today
off we go "mansau" !!!
menu for today
1. breakfast - power bar, slice of watermelon, fitnesse cereal with skimmed milk, nasi lemak...
2. lunch - subway sandwich
3. dinner - woah ! now, dis is heavy..Dominos set meal for 4
(tapau home the chicken nuggets.. nyum ! nyum !)
